ITV News


In December 2005 Scott Chisholm joined the ITV News Channel to present its breakfast programme. However, on his second day in the job the channel's closure was announced and the service ended less than two weeks later.

Channel 4 - Countdown


On 21 November, 2008, Jeff Stelling and Rachel Riley were unveiled as the new hosts of Countdown. To co-incide with this change, a new set and new titles were unveiled.

BBC Two - Monty Python Night


A collection of spoof idents and continuity from Monty Python Night, broadcast on BBC Two in 1999.

BBC Select

BBC Select was broadcast whenever BBC One or BBC Two was off air. It was aimed at specialist audiences, and you had to have special equipment to view it. This is the full signature theme used by BBC Select. Hear the full theme here

UK Gold 2

UK Gold 2 was a timeshifted extra service to UK Gold. It was relaunched as a new station, UK G², in November 2003 -- and later to UKTV G2 during the 2004 relaunch of UKTV stations. The station is now known as 'Dave'.

UK Style

UK Style was renamed UKTV Style during the 2004 relaunch of UKTV stations. The station has been known as 'Home' since April 2009.

UKTV Gold

Just three images of continuity from what used to be UKTV Gold, recorded from the +1 service. The channel was rebranded on the 7th of October as G.O.L.D

Live from Studio Five


This is essentially Five's attempt at the BBC's One Show. The show, fronted by Melinda Messenger, Ian Wright and Kate Walsh, launched on the 15th September 2009.
