News at Ten was reintroduced to the evening schedules by ITV News on 14 January 2008.
Unlike the second reincarnation of the programme from 2001 to 2004, the promptness of the start of the programme was now maintained. The titles, graphics, theme music and studio design for News at Ten was unique in the ITV family of programmes.
