Sky2 is a British television channel, known when it first launched as Sky One Mix and subsequently simply Sky Mix. It was then rebranded from Sky Two into Sky2. It was assigned its current name in 2008 when all sky entertainment channels rebranded. Sky2 is essentially a "catch-up" service for Sky's main entertainment channel, broadcasting popular Sky1 shows a few days after their original airing. It has also been described as a timeshuffle channel, so called to distinguish it from other channels like E4 and Living which broadcast on a timeshift basis (i.e. where they have sister channels showing the same programming 1 hour or so later). The channel broadcasts from Astra 28.2°E as Sky Digital channel 107, next to Sky1, NTL Ireland channel 115 and Virgin Media channel 122. It is also broadcast on Tiscali TV in the UK.
